I graduated from Eskisehir Anatolian High School and Istanbul University School of Dentistry in the years 1993 and 1998, repectively. I got my PhD degree with the dissertation titled as "Electromyographic Assesment of the effects of Stabilization and Anterior Repositioning Splints on Masticatory Muscles in Disc Displacements with Reduction Therapies” from Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry Department of Prosthodontics. I completed mymilitary service from 2007-2008 at Gulhane Military Medical Academy of Dental Sciences Center located in Ankara.In 2012, I moved to Eskisehir starting as a faculty member at Eski?ehir Osmangazi University School of Dentistry. Manogari Chetty is an Associate Professor and specialist Maxillofacial Pathologist at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of the Western Cape, South Africa. She heads the department of Oral Biology and has developed the field of genetics in dentistry at the Faculty consequent to a PhD in Human Genetics. Chetty is a member of several national and internal academic societies including the Society for Craniofacial Genetics and Developmental Biology, South African Society of Human Genetics, Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World, South African Dental Association and the International Association of Dental Research. She has several publications in the field of genetics also is an editorial board member and reviewer of articles for several national and international journals.
